We will practice less yoga poses in our slow power flow class. The pace is more meditative, bringing focus to your mind and body. We will hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath creating a little heat in each pose, instead of moving with each breath.

Yin yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas (poses) for an extended length of time up to 5 minutes or sometimes longer.

The deposit is taken at the beginning of the rental and is refunded upon return of the watercraft at the end of the rental if brought back undamaged, excluding normal wear and tear.  In the rare occasion that damage does occur, the remaining balance will be refunded after the cost of repairs have been deducted.  If the damages exceeds the security deposit, you are fully responsible for any repair costs.**Renter is responsible for damages if there is any done at the time of rental.
