REFUNDS ONLY PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.For those new to climbing or wanting to refresh their skills in preparation for the belay test. Beginners with no experience need to complete a 'Learn to belay course'. The course is 3 sessions and this option will book you for 1 session. This course covers how to keep you safe when climbing independently. Booking includes equipment, please wear clothes suitable for sport.  For those climbers who haven't climbed in a while and/or need to brush up their belaying skills please book on here too - you only need to complete as many sessions as necessary to complete a belay test as you'd do at a commercial wall.Access 1 participant.

This is not the learn to belay (beginners) course. A taster session for those who want to have a go at climbing. You'll be belayed by an instructor to keep you safe whilst you experience both top-roped climbing and bouldering. This is a mixed session with adults and children. For those under 18 we suggest a parent/guardian books on with them. Booking includes all equipment. Please wear clothing suitable for sport. Access 1 participant.

This is not the learn to belay or learn to lead course. This session is intended for current lead climbers wishing to develop specific aspects of their leading. This may include refining technical aspects such as belaying, clipping, managing weight differences between leaders learning to use geometry or brake-assisted belay devices (ClickUp, GriGri, Neox, etc.) or working through concerns or fears related to falling. This session is inteded for lead climbers wishing to develop specific aspects of their climbing. Please contact us via email if no sessions are showing. Access 1 participant.

We are available to help improve you and/or your child’s current swimming skills during the week and on the weekends by appointment. This would be one-on-one lesson and you/your child would have the instructor's full, undivided attention for the entire class. If you have a pool in your home, one of our skilled instructors can offer concierge services to you as well. These lessons are tailored to your specific needs: safety, stroke technique, triathlete training, etc.

In this class, swimmers will become acclimated to the water, get comfortable putting their face in, jumping in, retrieving submerged objects. Skills like floating, kicking, arm pulling and bubble blowing are also mastered at this level. Swimmer must be able to swim independently with only 2 of their swim floats to go onto the next level. Ages 3 and up only. Equipment required*Two make ups will be permitted for this session. For the Winter/Spring Semester the 2 make up classes will be on week 20 & 21(5/17 & 5/19, 5/24 & 5/26) at your same class day and time. Please note, we will have no days off this session for observed holidays, etc. Classes take place at Xcel Athletic Lifestyle 125 Marshall St, 7th Fl, Hoboken. Classes run January 4-May 10. Class cost covers entire session series. Please only book for January 4 date to avoid extra charges.

Swimmer can already swim freestyle and backstroke and will be improving their yardage with these strokes. Equipment required* Two make ups will be permitted for this session.For the Winter/Spring Semester the 2 make up classes will be on week 20 & 21(5/17 & 5/19, 5/24 & 5/26) at your same class day and time. L'Assegno per il Nucleo Familiare (ANF) è una prestazione economica erogata dall'INPS ai nuclei familiari di alcune categorie di lavoratori, dei titolari delle pensioni e delle prestazioni economiche previdenziali da lavoro dipendente. L’ammontare dell’assegno è commisurato al numero dei componenti del nucleo familiare e al reddito del nucleo familiare. Nel caso in cui il reddito complessivo familiare sia composto da redditi diversi (ad esempio di impresa, di capitale), l’ assegno spetta soltanto se la somma dei redditi di lavoro dipendente, da pensione o da altra prestazione previdenziale derivante da lavoro dipendente (o assimilato), superi il 70% del reddito complessivo familiare. Sono esclusi dalla determinazione del reddito familiare il TFR e relative anticipazioni; le rendite vitalizie erogate dall’INAIL; la parte non tassabile dell’indennità di trasferta; le pensioni da guerra e le pensioni privilegiate ordinarie corrisposte ai militari di leva infortunatisi; le indennità di accompagnamente corrisposte a ciechi civili assoluti, minori invalidi non deambulanti, e le indennità di tipo risarcitorio; le indennità di frequenza corrisposte a minori mutilati e invalidità civile.documenti necessari per inviare la pratica sono:- documento d'identità  e codice fiscale del richiedente- documento d'identità e codice fiscale di tutti i componenti del nucleo familiare- indirizzo di residenza - numero di telefono- data di matrimonio- dichiarazione dei redditi o cud relativi all'anno di anf che si vuole richiedere (ES per richiedere gli assegni familiari da luglio 2020 a giugno 2021 servono i redditi 2019).- codice fiscale azienda o busta paga dell'azienda a cui si devono chiedere gli assegni. Pratica Gratuita per gli assistitti Tesserati.
