Our basic option gives a high quality installation at an excellent price but we also offer a more expensive package which gives lower clearance to combustible requirements (useful for those tight spaces!) and more versatility for your installation.Roof flashing options - High quality aluminium or rubber roof flashings come as standard with our twin wall packages but we also offer lead flashings for extra durability and longevity.Chimney cowls - We have a range of chimney cowls available from standard rain caps to anti-downdraught. Different locations will warrant different solutions which we will be happy to advise you on.Hearths & heat shields - We provide a range of options for hearths and heat shields which we can order to spec or cut to suit your needs on site.COSTSThere is a huge choice of wood-burning, multi-fuel and pellet stoves on the market these days. We work with specialist suppliers who we have chosen carefully over the years to ensure we provide high quality products which will have spare parts available for many years to come. Stoves of a decent quality will start around £500 and can cost anything up to £3000 depending on quality and style. Installations of this type vary dramatically in their costs depending on the length and complexity of your required flue system. Some of the most common options are:Flue liner quality - We offer two types of solid fuel liner with 25yr and 35yr warranties. We recommend the higher grade 35yr warranty liners for use when burning solid fuels such as anthracite or briquettes.Flue liner insulation - Backfilling a liner using a waterproof insulation material will help to prevent excess condensation when burning solid fuels such as anthracite or briquettes. This will extend the life of the flue liner.Chimney cowls - We have a range of chimney cowls available from standard rain caps to anti-downdraught.
