Our “Fiit” class is a full body, circuit based, metabolic conditioning session, designed to get you fit & increase your athleticism. With a mixture of strength & conditioning movements this class will get your heart rate up & get you moving!
Our “Signature” class trains the true skill of strength & conditioning. You will be improving your movement technique & strength through the major primal patterns using barbells. Followed by specific supplementary exercises that target weak points & build strength through full range of motion. Lastly you will finish on a specific conditioning component designed to develop your athletic performance.
