Through repetition and gradual progression, kids will have a solid foundation for the fundamentals of basketball. We focus on the six main skills of basketball (ball handling, finishing, defense, shooting, rebounding, and passing). We go through three main skills each week with drills, games, and competitive play with weekly skill tracking and prizes at the end of the season. PLEASE READ 1-on-1 Private Sessions One-on-one training is more in-depth with the first session evaluating the player's baseline. Based on that we create a custom training program specific to that player.
