Bring Your Own Project (BYOP) is a hands-on, open-format work session where you can bring almost any upholstery, furniture, or textile-based project and work on it in the studio with guidance and support.This class includes full access to the studio floor, tools, and shared equipment during the session. You’ll work at your own pace while I work with you through the classroom projects to answer questions, demonstrate techniques, and help you problem-solve as needed, one step at a time. BYOP sessions are designed for beginners and experienced makers alike.Projects commonly include furniture upholstery, cushions, benches, headboards, soft goods, and other fabric-based builds or repairs—but you’re not limited to furniture. If your project fits on the studio floor and can be worked on safely with shared tools, it’s likely a good fit.Sessions are capped at 10 projects total to ensure everyone gets meaningful support. You can attend in person or via Zoom if you’re working from home.

Stitch & Bitch is an open, community-driven workday for sewing, upholstery, and textile projects—designed for people who want studio access, shared tools, and good company without a structured class format in a way that is more financially accessible.For $25, you get up to 4 hours of studio access any time during the day on Tuesdays. Come when it works for you, work at your own pace, and stay as long as your booked time allows. This is not a formal class, but guidance, conversation, and problem-solving happen naturally as people work side by side.Alternatively, you can become a member of the Stitch & Bitch Guild for just $50 a month and access ALL of the Stitch & Bitch days on the schedule (32 hours of studio floor time with support - an $800 value!) - read more here...
