Manchmal können wir nicht bis zu einem Termin warten und benötigen schnell, akut eine Unterstützung um eine belastende Situation zu meistern. Dazu ist die Akuthilfe gedacht. Wenn du dich in einer Stresssituation befindest und Hilfe benötigst schreib mir eine Nachricht und ich melde mich schnellstmöglich bei dir. Dann schauen wir gemeinsam was der nächste mögliche Schritt ist.
