It's great that you've found this service and I want to welcome you. What you can expect from these sessions: 1hour of weight training and cardiovascular training. Dependent on  your goals and abilities you'll be completing exercises that 1. you like and 2. that are effective. You'll be able to ask as many questions as you like and I'll be spotting on the exercise your'e performing  throughout. Par-Q medical history form to be completed and signed on arrival. If for whatever reason you fail the medical questionnaire I will be sure to safely refer you to the appropriate fitness professional.
