Reiki is a Japanese art form utilizing the universal energy "chi" to facilitate stress reduction, somatic balance and attunement. Distance healing is achieved through Reik/Shamanic transmission. Our Group STRENGTH Training class is held in our ocean view studio. Our focus is to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups. Dumbbells, bars, and plates are provided for you and will help you challenge yourself to your potential!
