Dit is een eeuwenoude Chinese bewegingsleer die draait om het herstellen van de balans in het lichaam. Tijdens de lessen voeren we vloeiende, rustige bewegingen uit in combinatie met een natuurlijke ademhaling en focus. Het is een vorm van " meditatie in beweging" die voor iedereen toegankelijk is, ongeacht leeftijd of conditie. Genieten van een gratis Shiatsu-behandeling? Omdat ik in opleiding ben, zoek ik oefencliënten om ervaring op te doen. Een moment voor jezelf, een leermoment voor mij.Shiatsu wordt vaak 'acupunctuur zonder naalden' genoemd. In plaats van kneden of wrijven met olie, werk ik met een zachte, diepe druk van mijn duimen en handpalmen. Deze aanraking gaat voorbij de oppervlakte en helpt je lichaam om van binnenuit weer in balans te komen door drukpunten in je lichaam opnieuw te verbinden. Draag comfortabele losse en bedekkende kledij, die hou je tijdens een shiatsu sessie aan. Eventuele warme sokken kunnen voor extra comfort zorgen.
