As with each session I start off with what you know about Reiki and your expectations for the session. I will have you fill out client paperwork and talk briefly about your general health and lifestyle. After that we will do a quick meditation and set our intention for the session.

Reiki with Crystal Healing. Crystals have very powerful healing properties and when paired with Reiki, energy from the universe the healing is that much more powerful. I wear crystals every day, I have an amethyst ring (promotes healing from addiction), I also have an amethyst chunk by my bed along with Clear Quartz which has the most powerful healing properties.
