Puis l'utilisation de la ventouse viendra afin de mieux déloger la graisse, la cellulite et de permettre au sang et à la lymphe de (re)circuler correctement. Au moins 2 L les jours où vous recevez le Tuina Minceur. - D'adopter un régime alimentaire équilibré. Un régime équilibré accepte les écarts alimentaires. Oui à un bonne part de tarte chocolat-caramel. La frustration n'est pas l'allié idéal pour maintenir un régime alimentaire sain sur le long terme.
