I can feel when your muscles are tight, knotted, weakened, or are being inhibited (or stuck) by your fascia, and I am trained in how to bring your muscles back to their healthy resting length.  Together, we will loosen your muscles, unstick your fascia, remove your knots, and help weakened muscles gain traction again.  I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage, but no need to decide that now. This really is a session that you have to experience to describe.  I have been practicing Usui Reiki for 16 years and Sa Sakem Sahu Reiki for 4 years. I have also been an intuitive healer for the last four years, and I love introducing people to the power of energy healing. This is a one hour service.
