Optimally, eating about 2 to 3 hours before your session is best. * Don't consume alcohol or any substance that can effect your blood pressure adversely. * Don't take insulin or other altering medications right before or right after your session. If possible, try to plan your medication at a good time before your session but knowing you will be in Session for aprox. 3 hrs. ***Important***Upon Arrival, please wait at the front door, as I will come meet you there at your appointment time. This is a half body massage where we concentrate solely on massaging the upper body areas such as the neck, shoulder, chest, arms, hands and upper back or the lower back, legs and feet.
