BioDynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System® (BBTRS) integrates deep connected breathing with conscious touch, movement, emotional release, and meditation. BBTRS’ integrative sessions support you to consciously release trauma and live with greater aliveness, freedom and connection to self and others.
