The nBalance approach is a structured financial therapy process to improve short-term financial distress. The framework includes four sessions over a 90-day period where our associates understand the cause of distress, understand the desired successful outcome from the perspective of the consumer, a plan of action to correct areas of concern, and follow up to monitor behavior changes.
