Was erwartet Dich im MBSR Kurs:Achtsamkeitsübungen, Meditationen und sanftes Yoga.Impulsvorträge zu Themen wie Wahrnehmungsprozesse, Stressauslöser und -reaktionen, achtsame Kommunikation, Selbstmitgefühl und Selbstfürsorge, etc. gelassener, freier und glücklicher durchs Leben zu gehen.Übungen zur Selbstreflexion und Austausch in der Gruppe .1 Achtsamkeitstag (samstags von 9-14 Uhr, der vorwiegend im Schweigen stattfindet). Die Termine für den Achtsamkeitstag können mit den Teilnehmern individuell geändert werden. Versäumte Termine können mit einem anderen Kurs nachgeholt werden.

Im telefonischen Erstgerspräch lernen wir uns kennen und klären ab, um was es Dir geht. Dann entscheiden wir, ob Du einen Einzeltermin buchst oder gleich mehrere Termine, wie z.B. ein 3er Paket.Die Termine können entweder vor Ort stattfinden oder online per Zoom.

*An effective process to develop your cultural lens.One-on-one session examining the results of your Cultural Intelligence assessment. We will discuss the four capabilities of Cultural Intelligence: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action along with the subgroups of each of those capabilities. The session helps you to identify your cultural lens and prepare for effectiveness in cross-cultural interactions. We will also explore strategies for improving your individual Cultural Intelligence and increasing your effectiveness in navigating cultural differences. *Participant must complete assessment 1 week prior to scheduled consultation date.

This package is available for adults and each lesson will be amended and adapted based on your current needs, goals and vocal level.
