This (Em)body session or series will support you to harness your body intelligence so you can get clarity on your next steps whilst mapping a journey that will take you there. In a safe environment, you will be guided to sense, see and feel the different parts of an issue. This experience will reveal hidden dynamics + areas that need support so you can shift into greater alignment. Online or in-person. Single sessions are £120. If booking as part of a series, these sessions will be reduced to £90/hour. Book a discovery call if you are a prospective client. 

In these sessions, you will be guided to locate and track sensation whilst learning fundamental Core Movement Resources to support your relational capacity, resilience and focus. We will work with whatever is alive for you in our time together as you practice these resources to support your emotional intelligence. These sessions are experiential so you can expect to move.
