This is a follow-up appointment to the Initial Consultation. We will go over your food journal , and I will make a few recommendations as to any adjustments to improve your body composition and energy levels. We will discuss how to implement those recommendations in order to set you up for success! I will also do a follow-up muscle response test to see how your body is responding to the previously recommended protocol and make any necessary adjustment based on your individual needs. 

This is a WELCOME BACK appointment! You and I will discuss what's been going on in your life and health since your last visit. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll then discuss some lifestyle adjustments that you can make that will get you back on track to optimum wellness. I also do a new MRT to see if there is any stress on any of the organ systems, and any supplements you may want to add in to bring you back into balance.

Life Coaching Session

In the Florida Concealed Weapons License and Basic Firearms Training course for your Florida Concealed weapons license you will most importantly learn firearms safety as well as the fundamentals of shooting, real world defensive shooting techniques, and how to defend yourself with a firearm. You’ll also become well versed in the State of Florida laws pertaining to conceal carrying and self-defense. We will focus on “what-if” scenarios that can occur in the street or at home. This is no run of the mill soft “hotel conference room” or “gun show” training course—you will fire a real gun with live rounds. Rest assured, we have well trained professional instructors with real-world experience in firearm training and safety. We operate with small class sizes to create a better learning environment and all instruction and shooting is conducted at our training facility. We provide you with everything you need to obtain your State of Florida Conceal Carry license.

Tired of shooting high and to the left? Wish you could improve your grouping and overall accuracy when firing in quick succession? Or simply want to hone your already sound skills and get new ideas and techniques from finest marksmen. We offer 1 hour one-on-one sessions with our highly trained and qualified instructors. You dictate the topic and the pace. Know something is wrong with your technique but are unsure what the issue is? We will analyze your shooting technique, firearm manipulation and all round performance and provide feedback that can enable you to become a more adept shot. This isn?t to say you are a bad shot; maybe you just want to be better. If you want to be competition level, we can help. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced shooter, we tailor the sessions to meet your specific needs. Our certified instructors have backgrounds in Law Enforcement, NRA Certified LE Firearms Instruction, Firearms and Tactical SME, CQB Instruction and more. You can also earn your certification to obtain your Florida Concealed Weapons License through our private lessons.

H.R. 218: Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act Certification If a person is recognized as a serving or retired law enforcement officer by the Act, then “not withstanding any other provision of the law of any State or any political subdivision thereof”, he or she may carry a concealed firearm in any state or political subdivision thereof. Thus, the LEOSA-qualified person does not generally require a state-issued permit/license for concealed firearms. However, there are two types of state laws that are not overridden by the federal law, these being “the laws of any State that permit private persons or entities to prohibit or restrict the possession of concealed firearms on their property; or prohibit or restrict the possession of firearms on any State or? local government property, installation, building, base, or park.”This does not mean that LEOSA-qualified persons are prohibited from carrying concealed firearms in such areas, but only that they must obey whatever state laws apply on those two points. They are free to disregard all other state and local laws that govern the carrying of concealed firearms. The LEOSA overrides state and local laws, but not other federal laws, e.g., the federal Gun-Free School Zone Act of 1995 which prohibits carrying a firearm within 1000 feet of any elementary or secondary school. LEOSA-qualified individuals must continue to obey federal laws and agency policies that restrict the carrying of concealed firearms in certain federal buildings and lands. Whether or not a person is covered by the LEOSA depends entirely on whether or not he or she meets the definitions in the federal law for either “qualified law enforcement officer” or “qualified retired law enforcement officer.” It does not matter whether or not a given individual is defined as a “law enforcement officer” under the law of his state; only the definition in the federal law applies.
