This is a great starting point for your nutrition journey.  In this 60-minute session, you and Sarah, our Level 4 qualified Nutrition Coach, will discuss your existing nutrition, your health and fitness goals and how you might make simple adjustments in order to achieve them. A bespoke report will follow in the days after your consultation to set out what was discussed along with recommendations and ideas to implement to best achieve your goals through food.

A Carrier Fitting Service is a professional service to help parents or caregivers find their most optimal carrying option, with the carriers properly & professionally adjusted to enable a fair assessment.

You can with our guidance and advice, try on a wide range of our carriers or bring your own carriers and have them consulted on if you already have one or two that are not working out.
