Usually this is the second step in the process once you have had initial ideas meeting which we advise discussing at either a Clinic or a One2One Meeting.

More time than coming to the Clinic to explore your ideas, needs and your wish list. Edel will guide you through the whole process from Design, Costings, Planning Permission, Builder selection and project management to complete of your dream project.Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.

Having had a chance to develop the design proposal the Architect meets with the client to discuss their views on the proposal and to discuss whatever changes will be necessary at this stage to achieve approved design.
