You and another adult can enjoy the company of two of our lovely, gentle alpacas, along with the opportunity to meet our charming females and crias.  We'll tailor the rest of this hour-long experience to your liking. Our Adult and Child Experience with 2 alpacas is an incredible opportunity for families and couples to spend quality time with these cute creatures. This one-hour experience includes a 30-minute walk in our vast 9-acre field where you can get up close to the alpacas, meet the girl alpacas and their crias, and learn about their habits. Note that the experience is not recommended for children younger than 8 and that children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult to walk an alpaca. Prices for wedding photography are $200 Dollars for 70 pictures Editing included. we send the pictures via Email, DropBox, Phone(sms), and Google Drive. If more pictures are are needed for us to take we charge an extra $50 Dollars. Printed pictures are also available and we charge $50 dollars as well. Prices for Wedding Videography is $500 Dollars. We send the videos via the same methods for pictures but if you would like a cd version of the cinema we gladly do that for free! (Quick reminder the prices are not set due to such clients budget so we are very open to negotiations).

Here is what makes our matcha swiss roll different -

We use the highest culinary grade of matcha powder that is grown and shipped directly from Uji Japan near Kyoto to give you the authentic, real taste of matcha green tea. Only high grade of fresh matcha will give you that bright, light green color (vs. a dull, yellowish green color).

Ingredients: Cake flour, Organic Eggs, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Organic Whole Milk, Matcha powder  (Uji, Japan grown), Vinegar, Pure Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt.

The sweet floral from our Jasmine Tea (茉莉花茶) Swiss Roll will wake up your senses. This is a tea scented with the aroma of jasmine blossoms. 

Jasmine tea usually has a white tea and green tea base, thus the resulting cake has a light yellow creamy color. The flavor is subtly sweet and highly fragrant. This tea has a high concentrations of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which promote health benefits.

I customize all senior photo time to your graduating student. You can choose which day works for you best, and we will discuss location and details. This is for a one hour session, and that usually can accommodate up to three outfits at most. It comes with at least 25 edited images in both color and black and white.

Mit der individuellen Funktion "Gruppenbuchungen" ermöglicht das System ganz einfache Gruppen-Termine. - Eine Person kann mehrere Termine für sich und andere buchen. 

Wie viele Termine zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden können, ist über die Dienstleister-Einstellungen festgelegt. (Sie finden diese über "Verwalten" - "Dienstleister") Hier lautet die Einstellung "Wie viele Kunden können zur selben Zeit bedient werden?" und der Standardwert ist bei "1" festgelegt. Somit kann auch insgesamt nur ein Termin, von einer Person, zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden. Eine Gruppenbuchung erfordert somit immer die Erhöhung des Wertes. In diesem Beispiel ist der Dienstleistung "Gruppen-Buchung" ein Dienstleister zugewiesen, welcher 10 "Kunden zur gleichen Zeit bedienen kann".

*Wenn einer Dienstleistung mehrere Dienstleister zugeordnet sind, beachtet das System die Werte von allen Dienstleistern zusammen.

Gleichzeitige Buchungen/Personenanzahl unabhängig von anderen Einstellungen beschränken

Mit der individuellen Funktion "Buchungen beschränken" ermöglicht das System die Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit zu beschränken. - Unabhängig der bestehenden/generellen Limits.

In diesem Beispiel sind allen Dienstleistungen im Demo-Bereich ein Dienstleister zugeordnet. Dieser Dienstleister kann 10 Buchungen für den gleichen Zeitslot anbieten bzw. "10 Personen zur gleichen Zeit bedienen" .

Die "Buchungen beschränken"-Funktion bietet nun folgende Möglichkeiten:

- Generelles Limit: Direkt in den Einstellungen der individuellen Funktion kann ein generelles Limit festgelegt werden. Stellt man hier "Maximale Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit" auf z.B. "8" dann können generell nur 8 Slots zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden. - Mit einer Ausnahme: Über den Admin-Bereich können manuell noch weitere Slots für jeden Zeitslot vergeben werden. Hierbei berücksichtigt das System das Limit der Dienstleister-Einstellungen und wie viele Kunden dieser "zur gleichen Zeit bedienen" kann. Das heißt in unserem Beispiel: 8 Termine für den gleichen Zeitslot können von Kunden über die Buchungsseite gebucht werden (Aufgrund des "Buchungen beschränken"-Limits) und darüber hinaus 2 weitere manuell über den Adminbereich (Aufgrund des Limits des Dienstleisters von 10 Kunden zur gleichen Zeit).

- Nur eine Dienstleistung beschränken: Wenn man die generellen Einstellungen mit dem Wert 0 belässt, gilt kein generelles Limit. Über die Verwaltung der Dienstleistungen findet sich der Reiter "Weitere Optionen". Hier kann die Anzahl der maximalen Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit nur für eine bestimmte Dienstleistung festgelegt werden. In diesem Beispiel ist die maximale Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit auf "5" und die minimale Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit auf "2" festgelegt. Das Tool priorisiert dieses Limit über dem generellen Limit des Dienstleisters von "10" und "1" und lässt die Buchung nur für die Personenanzahl 2-5 zu.
