Birthday Party Event Room includes:-4 large picnic tables that can fit 20 comfortably .-Up to 3 hours in the private party area. -15 Guests.-Wrist bands for each guest that gives access to property and activities (each guest is required to have a wrist band, besides 2 and under guests) Each additional guest above 15 persons is $5/person.Activities that wristbands give access to:Wagon Ride, hay fort, grain bin, animal barn, corn maze, sport activities, crazy maze, and fossil dig. Important notes:-Table cloths and party decor are not included-Pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, bakery items, apple cider, and bottled water are available for purchase and orders must be made before arrival.-You may bring a cake and additional snacks, but no food warming equipment of any kind is allowed. -NO outside alcoholic beverages allowed. 

This allows you to rent the Clubhouse for 2 hours during an open timeframe.  Please be sure your event timeframe includes all time needed forDecorating and Setting UpCleaning Up and Restoring the Clubhouse to clean condition.Celebrating!For parties or events lasting more than 1 hour with decor and more than 10 guests, rentals over 3 hours are encouraged.Each total amount due includes a $100.00 refundable deposit in the total. (i.e. 2 hours @ $50 an hour, + 1 $100.00 refundable deposit= $200.00)
