This workshop is designed to stimulate the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of children through yoga exercises, games, relaxation/meditation, and exciting art & craft projects. all in the Christmas spirit. We offer a positive, fun, relaxed,  and mindful attitude towards children, giving them space for their own exploration within safe boundaries.  We are having a special surprise for the children (all included in the price).Parents or Guardians:Your child will need a named water bottle.Hair is to be tied back, and if they can wear grippy type socks if they do not want to go barefoot or are wearing tights!!.Arts in the park will not take responsibility for any damage to clothing or items brought into class.Can you make sure your child has been to the Toilet and Washed their hands prior to the class.If your child has a high-temperature 38c or is feeling unwell please do not send them to the class.We will ask you to collect your child if they fall ill demonstrate disruptive behavior or in any way put the group at risk.LOCATION: Please be aware this workshop will be at Hut 6 (UDance UK) Tilgate Forest Recreation Centre Tilgate Park RH11 6BP Our classes are non-refundable.*A Health Questionnaire will be needed to be completed on the day but prior to the class commencing, this is so Fay can go over any issues raised on the form.Namaste

These classes are different and unique and adjusted to the children's needs and abilities. We offer a positive, fun, relaxed,  and mindful attitude towards the projects, giving the children space for their own exploration within the safe boundaries of our classes. We are in the main room at MPCC for our Christmas Club so the parents can sit and watch in the same room but the children will need to stay in the desingnated area so we have full control whilst doing the class.  This price is only for our Christmas Club as this is a special offer our classes are normally a minimum of £10.50 so we hope your children enjoy the Christmas Club.Parents or Guardians:Your child will need to bring a named water bottle, hair to be tied backWe ask for suitable clothing to be worn for the Art and craft projects. In this mentoring session, we offer intuitive, empathic guidance from Spirit and beyond to inform and advise you on your path of healing as Healers of Light. When we begin to awaken, our cells in our bodies emit transmissions of thought with which to guide us on the higher plane of light. It is time to understand who we are, why we are here and our missions of light and to offer help and assistance to others to raise the consciousness of the planet.
