1-hour class dedicated for 13-17 year olds.  This class helps teens to build starting strength, develop their movement patterns and flexibility and follows an adapted version of the main CrossFit class.

To ensure every participant progresses safely each session is led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

This class is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your body, and more importantly, MAKE FITNESS FUN by using stations. You will get a full-body workout utilizing functional and dynamic movement patterns. This class incorporates a dynamic warm-up, strength training, bodyweight conditioning and mobility.

Deep Tissue Massage is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension by focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). Deep tissue massage reduces stress hormone levels and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocins and serotonin.
