Our free Notary service at the main library offers document notarization by appointment only. Bring a photo ID (license, state-issued ID, or passport) and your unsigned documents. You should fill out your documents prior to your appointment but leave all signature lines blank.

Our Research Assistance service offers personalized consultation with a Reference Librarian to support your research projects. We provide guidance on research strategies, and in navigating and utilizing our extensive print and digital collections.

This is for one 30-minute computer session. Printing is available, but staff assistance is not. One patron is allowed inside at a time (two if both are members of the same household). Young dependents may also enter with a parent or guardian.  

Maximum 10 orang. 

The Live Coding workshop has space for 12 participants age 16 and older.  Please bring your own laptop or indicate if you need a computer, there will be four available onsite.

In this introductory workshop participants will get hands-on experience working with the popular browser-based live coding platform Strudel.  The workshop will be led by Jack Armitage and Sigríður Birna Matthíasdóttir from the Intelligent Instruments Lab. 

At the end of the workshop at 15:30, participants are invited to share their ideas to help kickoff a new Live Coding Meetup, an open space for artists and programmers of all abilities and backgrounds to meet regularly, work on individual projects or collaborations, and learn about new technologies and practices.  The meetup, launching this fall at the library, is a chance for participants to review and share live coding skills, as well as to dive even deeper into Strudel and other topics of interest.

The program for this workshop is as follows:
