A specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt, lave stones which actually have their own healing properties. Hot stone massage is an ancient practice dating back thousands of years, and involves the use of flat, heated basalt stones which are used to massage the body and are then placed on key spots across your body which helps to warm the muscles deeply. This works on a much deeper level helping to sooth muscle fibres and deep tissue. Available all year round but particular very nice in the Autumn and Winter months.
