This space will exist singularly for you — so you can own your authenticity and thrive in this precious life.We'll be using the breath and your body as our main tools to reveal what's holding you back. Through deep connected breathing and embodiment practices you will be able to identify where your blockages sit and how to let go of them. I’m offering to accompany you for 4-12 weeks to reach your individual state of flow. To let go of old habits, emotions and believe sentences and find a place of happiness within. When I arrive at your location I will require a few minutes to set-up. I will bring the equipment required for the appointment – oils, creams, massage table, music, towels. You can guide me to an area in your house where I can set-up for the session Once I am set set-up I will ask you to fill a simple health questionnaire, although it can be done online prior to our appointment via e-mail. Once the form has been signed, I will give you the space to undress to your comfort level and get ready for the session.
