Disruption of the flow are believed to be responsible for disease. These energy flows are accessible through 350 acupuncture points in the body. Inserting needles into these points with appropriate combinations is said to bring the energy flow back into proper balance. Acupuncture has been shown to be effective for the treatment of nausea and vomiting in adult following surgery of taking Chemotherapy and post-operative dental pain.
