Thrive counsellors or psychotherapists provide help for individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, phobias, interpersonal relationship difficulties, grief, adjustment etc. This service is not suitable for those presenting with severe mental health issues.

Some of the problems a private GP can assist with include ear infections, upper respiratory tract infections including coughs and colds, high blood pressure, asthma, sports injuries, prostate checks, vertigo, skin problems including mole checks and acne, abdominal pain, urine infections, heart disease, weight-management, contraception, and anxiety and depression.
