Entdecke die Welt des Qi Gong in meiner Einführungsstunde. Als Einsteiger*in tauchst du erstmals ein in die Grundlagen des Qi Gong und lernst erste praktische Übungen kennen, um die Energie in deinem Körper zu aktivieren und zu harmonisieren. Meine Qi Gong Folgestunden richten sich an Teilnehmer*innen mit mindestens einer Einführungsstunde oder bereits Vorkenntnissen im Qi Gong, die ihre Fähigkeiten vertiefen möchten. In dieser Einheit bauen wir auf bereits erlernte Techniken auf und erweitern diese. Jede Stunde wird individuell zusammengestellt, um den Bedürfnissen und Fortschritten der Teilnehmer*innen gerecht zu werden. ​ Du möchtest bereits erlernte Übungen wiederholen oder benötigst Unterstützung in einem bestimmten Bereich? Dann teile mir das gerne vorher mit. Kosten: 15 €

Der Kurs findet in acht Unterrichtseinheiten á 70 Minuten jeden Dienstag und Donnerstag um 19:30 Uhr statt.

Dieser Kurs richtet sich nur an Auszubildende, Schülerinnen und Studentinnen.
Alle anderen Interessentinnen können den „Entspannungskurs Damen“ buchen.

Der Kurs findet in acht Unterrichtseinheiten á 70 Minuten jeden Dienstag und Donnerstag um 17:00 Uhr statt.

Tues: 1.30pm Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient form of Chinese exercise characterized by slow, graceful movements that help improve circulation, balance, and posture. Relaxation of the main muscle groups and joints helps open the body to the healing and repairing energies which the Chinese call ‘chi’. Deep, diaphragmatic breathing helps to calm the mind and relieve depression and anxiety.

Classes will include some stretching and mobilisation exercises to warm up. Tai Chi Qigong exercises from various lineages will be taught to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well- being. We will begin learning a form called Phoenix in Graceful Clouds of Blessing by Master Joe Lok. All the exercises can be performed seated or standing and are suitable for any age or level of fitness.

Ilona has been teaching tai chi to groups for over 25 years and is based in Wideopen, Newcastle upon Tyne.
