(1).    獨立辦公室：可每月2次免費登記借用（不含演講廳），以同一場地於一天內登記之上午或下午時段認定為一次登記借用。

(2).    共創空間固定/非固定座位：可登記借用。

二、      會議室價格：

(1).    借用場地以1小時為一時段計費，未滿1小時，仍以一時段計算。(請參考表1)

(2).    逾時費：每60分鐘/一時段，逾時15分鐘以60分鐘計；若下一時段有其他單位使用則不得加時。

三、      共創彈性展示間：
以進駐獨立辦公室、固定座位者優先，為讓資源共享運用，其中又以首次申請共創彈性展示間使用者為優先。

We have 12 hot desks available for residents in the Office Work at the Mailbox. They are available via the booking system on a daily basis. Cleaning materials will be on hand to sanitise the desks (but not the fabric covered partition). We will ensure they are professionally cleaned twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays as a rule). A key fob to access the Office can be obtained from the Rise office on the lower ground floor but must be returned that evening.
