เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ COVID-19 และการจำกัดเที่ยวบิน ผู้ที่เข้ามาทำหนังสือเดินทางที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในช่วงเวลานี้ จะต้องมอบอำนาจให้ญาติ/เพื่อนรับเล่มที่ประเทศไทย และจัดการส่งเล่มมาให้ที่กัมพูชาด้วยตนเอง เอกสารประกอบการยื่นคำร้อง ผู้ที่อายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป1- บัตรประชาชน2- หนังสือเดินทางเล่มเดิม3- ใบแจ้งความ กรณีที่หนังสือเดินทางเล่มเดิมหาย4- ทะเบียนสมรส/หย่า/ใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ กรณีชื่อไม่ตรงกับหนังสือเดินทาง ผู้ที่อายุไม่ถึง 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ ทั้งบิดาและมารดาต้องมายื่นคำร้องด้วย* และต้องใช้เอกสารเพิ่มเติมดังนี้1- สูติบัตร (ถ้ายังไม่เคยมีบัตรประชาชน)2- บัตรประชาชนบิดา (หรือหนังสือเดินทางกรณีที่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ)3- บัตรประชาชนมารดา (หรือหนังสือเดินทางกรณีที่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ)4- ทะเบียนสมรส/หย่า/ใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ กรณีชื่อบุตร/บิดา/มารดาไม่ตรงกับในสูติบัตร5- คำสั่งศาล กรณีที่บิดาหรือมารดาเป็นผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองผู้เยาว์แต่ผู้เดียว * - หากบิดาหรือมารดาไม่สามารถมายื่นคำรองได้ ให้ทำหนังสือยินยอมจากอำเภอ สำนักงานเขตหรือสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่น หรือจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย สถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทย   - หากทั้งบิดาและมารดาไม่สามารถมายื่นคำร้องได้ ให้ทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจและหนังสือยินยอมจากอำเภอ สำนักงานเขตหรือสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่น หรือจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย สถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทยระยะเวลาผลิตและจัดส่งหนังสือเดินทาง 2 สัปดาห์ หากประสงค์รับที่กรมการกงสุล แจ้งวัฒนะ โปรดแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่เมื่อเข้ามาทำหนังสือเดินทางค่าธรรมเนียม 35 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อเล่ม (สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ขอรับเป็นสกุลดอลลาร์เท่านั้น)
