My duties as a business consultant is to help find solutions to problems and presenting those analyses to you the business owner.  It is my obligation to work closely with business owners to gather as much information needed to assess what changes need to be implemented to solve and improve the business.  After gathering and analyzing this information I can develop reports for the business owner detailing solutions to help reach company goals.

Bridging the unconscious to the conscious awareness for intuitive healing where it is most needed. BioDynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System® (BBTRS) integrates deep connected breathing with conscious touch, movement, emotional release, and meditation. Most of us have experienced emotional or physical trauma on some level, which can restrict our breathing and capacity to feel. The resulting body armoring and muscular tension can endure for years. BBTRS’ integrative sessions support you to consciously release trauma and live with greater aliveness, freedom and connection to self and others. Cost is a sliding scale $90-120 NZ per 75 minute session (account details for payment given after time of booking). It is beneficial and preferred to work through a 3-5 session series. Series package options: 3 sessions $240 - $360. 5 sessions $480 -$600.

Drawing from personal experience of powerfully conceiving, carrying, birthing and mothering my own four children and professional knowledge in my role as a midwife -  I invite you to explore and example your fears and hopes to shape them into reality. I guide women through the transitions of pregnancy / birth and motherhood. Particularly I love to work with women who are looking to release fear and anxiety and find joy and freedom.I believe birth is a powerful and sacred life event that is an initiation into mothering and self. Much of western belief of childbirth and mothering is founded in a medicalised model which often does not serve the needs of women or their babies and can leave imprints of trauma and beginnings marked with self-doubt and stress. Given the right tools and support women can navigate this incredible time of life with calm and clarity, trusting the intuitive response of self and baby and making this transition one of incredible love and learning.  Whether you desire a homebirth in a yurt, or are planning an elective caesarian section, there are key concepts which can create a more satisfying outcome for both you and your baby.
