Séances adaptées en gym équipé de matériel qualitatif et professionnel pour un objectif de préparation physique, perte de poids, prise de masse musculaire, amélioration de la posture et de la condition physique globale.

Coaching technique sur un créneau de 1h30 afin d'améliorer et optimiser votre technique sur un mouvement (Squat / Bench press / Deadlift).

Au programme : mobilité spécifique en fonction de votre profil, analyse biomécanique, explication et correction technique.

La séance se déroule à Meyzieu (69) sur du matériel* haut de gamme et spécifique à la pratique de la force athlétique. Un mouvement sera pratiqué par session.
