Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  

$55 per 0-60 min session 

$70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins. 

One 60 minute lane rental.  Session includes batting tee and L-screen.  Coach Washington fees are not included.  

One-on-one with Coach John. Coach uses the latest tools and technology to improve performance in a measured environment.

Personal training sessions and custom workout plans.

Our Wellness Fitness & Health Coach Specialist will evaluate the clients individual Fitness and Health needs. After the evaluation we utilize our specialized Fitness Matrix and Health Mapping to set up a guide that fulfills the clients special needs in regards to Fitness and Health.
