You will have ongoing access to our expert via mobile, email, video, and even personal visits if necessary for a 6 month period. We understand that resolving problem behaviours takes time, and we are committed to being realistic and transparent throughout the process. If we determine that a specialist behaviourist is needed, we will recommend this option, with only the cost of a single consultation required.

Our Initial Consultation - Free service provides an opportunity for both dog owners and consultants to assess behavioural problems within, and develop a basic strategy to mitigate or manage these issues. This one-hour consultation allows dog owners to understand the process for a full consultation, enabling them to make an informed decision on whether to engage our consultant for further assistance.
