The Service User Research Enterprise (SURE, King’s College London) offers advisory sessions on patient and public involvement (PPI) to researchers in Mental Health and Psychological Sciences (IoPPN) and the Centre for Society and Mental Health (KCL). Our aim is to support and promote good practice in PPI. Advisory sessions are for: • Researchers who have funds for PPI, or intend to apply for funds. • Are at a relatively early stage of planning a research study and PPI. Our expert advisors offer guidance in a broad range of areas, as well as onward signposting, but cannot replace the need for PPI consultations on your proposed research, costed PPI in funded research or a PPI study lead. Please let your advisor know if you would like to discuss collaborating with SURE on a grant application. This study involves a personality questionnaire, EEG experiment and interview.

Your assessment will be scheduled into a 40 minute slot but we usually aim to complete it in about 20 minutes.

Für unser Forschungsprojekt suchen wir Jugendliche im Alter zwischen 15 und 19 Jahren, die ein Interview mit uns machen möchten. In dem Interview wollen wir mehr darüber erfahren, wie Du Dich mit Hilfe digitaler Medien, besonders mit YouTube, zu Deinen Interessen und Hobbys schlau machst. We would like to invite you to take part in a research study which will examine social workers views on the current administration systems used in daily practice. The main researcher, Brian Crossan is undertaking a PhD at Ulster University. Brian is a practicing social worker with over 15 years’ experience in children’s and adult services. Brian is interested in carrying out research that examines administration in social work and using technology to reduce its burden.

The lack of diversity in the Construction Industry has been well documented and broadly recognised by the industry itself. While the lack of women is evident in the industry, the lack of Black women is even more obvious. The slow rate of improvement of this race-gender balance is likely attributed to a number of complex factors that I would like to explore as part of my research.
