 Eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung und Herangehensweise, um mentale und körperliche Gesundheit zu fördern und existierende Krankheitszustände erträglicher zu gestalten.

Diese dynamische Hatha Yogaeinheit bestehend aus kraftvollen und sanften Elementen, steht ganz für die Integration der Atmung und das konzentrierte Lenken der Lebensenergie - Prana.

Die Asanas werden ausgerichtet und ruhig fließend miteinander verbunden. Bewusstsein für dein individuelles Atemmuster führt dabei die Bewegungen an und aus.

So startest du voller Energie in deinen Tag.

Damit du dich in Ruhe einrichten kannst und wir pünktlich beginnen können, plane gern 10 min vorher zum ankommen ein.

Nas práticas de Hatha Yoga teremos a oportunidade de desenvolver técnicas respiratórias (kryas e pranayamas) para a limpeza do corpo, da mente e da nossa energia, auxiliando no desenvolvimento da consciência corporal, melhoria no sistema respiratório, controle emocional e equilíbrio do sistema nervoso. As práticas também são compostas pela execução de posturas (asanas) fundamentais com maiores tempos de permanência do que uma prática de Vinyasa, o que por um lado facilita o entendimento do aluno, em especial os iniciantes, sobre o correto alinhamento das posturas, e o que por outro lado gera o desafio de permanecer em isometria o que possibilita o fortalecimento físico e a disciplina mental para a manutenção do foco ao longo da prática.

Le pratiche di Vinyāsa sono dinamiche altamente allenanti e contribuiscono alla stimolazione spontanea della mente. Aiutano forza, equilibrio, elasticità e spesso si trasformano anche in un buon allenamento cardio. Ogni pratica avrà un Sankalpa (intenzione/tema del giorno), aiuterà a staccare completamente dalla giornata e a dedicarti completamente a te stessə.

Un risveglio muscolare adatto a tutti. Un Vinyasa morbido e attivante che prepara fisico e mente ad affrontare la giornata al meglio.

All the teachers are certified yoga instructors and hold certifications in yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga 

This class begins with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga to stretch the connective tissue and then 30 minutes of Acupuncture to realign the meridians with selective high vibrational crystal bowls to recalibrate the cellular structure. 

A complete physical, mental and emotional reset with a deep, soul-nourishing yin yoga and sound bath combo

This is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes

Yin Yoga primarily targets the deep connective tissues of the body, like the fascia, ligaments, and joints. It's less about building up strength and more about deep relaxation, deep stretching, surrendering, and connecting within
