Le Soin énergétique aux Bols Tibétains est une thérapie individuelle qui utilise différents bols tibétains pour aider et soigner en complément des médecines conventionnelles modernes.

Ce soin vise à repérer les blocages physiques et émotionnels afin de rétablir un flux harmonieux dans tout le corps.

Les bols chantants sont constitués à partir d’un alliage de 7 métaux Fer, Plomb, Argent, Or, Etein, Cuivre et Mercure et ont des fréquences vibratoires différentes liés aux 7 Chakras majeurs du corps humains.

Lorsque le bols rentre en vibration dans notre corps, celui libère une énèrgie propre à la note et agit afin de réequilibrer le chakra concerné.

Du fait que nous sommes constitués d’environs 70% d’eau, les vibrations pénètrent dans notre système interne, nos muscles, nos fascias et visent donc à harmoniser et équilibrer notre énergie globale.

Le massage énergétique individuel, Karma Flow Sonore, s'adapte à vous, à la saison et à votre propre énergie du moment. Les séances se déroulent dans mon cabinet  à Bordeaux, les mercredis 14h-19h30 , les jeudis 14h-19h30 et les vendredis de 9h30 à 17h00.

La durée du soin est de 1h15, incluant un temps d'échange, au tarif de 70€.

Le paiement s'effectue sur place en espèces.

This class begins with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga to stretch the connective tissue and then 30 minutes of Acupuncture to realign the meridians with selective high vibrational crystal bowls to recalibrate the cellular structure. 

A complete physical, mental and emotional reset with a deep, soul-nourishing yin yoga and sound bath combo

This is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes

Yin Yoga primarily targets the deep connective tissues of the body, like the fascia, ligaments, and joints. It's less about building up strength and more about deep relaxation, deep stretching, surrendering, and connecting within

The beauty of Yin Yoga is its meditative nature.

This practice is great for increasing flexibility, releasing tension, and calming the nervous system.

In this class we focus on connection with the muscles that support us all day long. Our hips, and our core. Weak muscles through the hips and core are often the root cause of my lower back aches and pains, and also hamstring and knee pain.

By drawing our full attention to these areas, and working to actively stretch, strengthen and mobilize, we create a better connection with the entire body. Collaterally, maybe, move through life with less pain.

The Rocket practice is a challenging yet fun set sequence of Asanas. It was created with the Ashtanga practice in mind, derived to "get you there fast". 

As always, you are encouraged to step to your mat and find your flow. Or, "you do you"! If you need rest, take rest. If you know of variations you like to practice, add them in. It really is your practice, I am just your guide.
