2. Service Description. The booking.page is a directory platform that lists businesses offering booking and scheduling services via the SimplyBook.me solution. Users may search for and discover service providers. We facilitate connections between service seekers and providers and may display advertising and promotional content.

3. User Types & Responsibilities. You agree to use the directory for legitimate business purposes only. You will not:

(a) circumvent, disable, or interfere with any aspect of the platform, including security features;

(b) scrape, harvest, collect, or store business information or data without our express written permission;

(c) impersonate any person or entity, or post illegal, infringing, or deceptive content;

(d) use automated systems or manual processes to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the directory or its content except as expressly permitted by us.

If your business is listed on booking.page:

(a) You acknowledge that your listing information is sourced from your SimplyBook.me Account;

(b) You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current business information at all times;

(c) We may display your business information to directory users and include advertising alongside your listing (particularly for free plan users).

4. Prohibited Uses. You may not use booking.page to:

(a) post, upload, or transmit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information or content;

(b) engage in unlawful activities, promote illegal services, or violate any laws or regulations;

(c) harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or harm other users or businesses;

(d) distribute malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;

(e) gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users’ accounts;

(f) use bots, scripts, or manual processes to scrape, harvest, collect, or extract data without permission;

(g) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the platform or its servers.

5. Intellectual Property. The booking.page’s platform design and functionality are owned by SimplyBook.me Ltd. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Listed businesses retain ownership of their content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform, including alongside advertising. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Advertising & Promotional Content. We may display advertising banners and promotional content throughout the directory, including alongside business listings for free plan users. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or quality of third-party advertisements. Users engage with advertised services at their own risk.

7. Privacy & Data Protection. Please review our booking.page Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you set up and operate your SimplyBook.me Account through booking.page. It details our data-processing practices and your rights under GDPR and Cyprus law.

8. Listing Removal, Suspension & Account Termination. Businesses may request removal by contacting us at support@simplybook.me. We will process requests within 72 hours or sooner. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect platform security. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties. The platform and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SimplyBook.me Ltd does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for directory services in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

(a) Your use or inability to use the platform;

(b) Unauthorized access to our servers or data;

(c) Any other matter relating to the platform.

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold SimplyBook.me Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

(a) Your use of the platform;

(b) Your business listing information;

(c) Your interactions with other users or businesses;

(d) Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
