Welcome to our booking site! You are here because you have finished your first session with us and you may now book your remaining sessions here. For announcements, kindly take time to read the ff. below.

(1) Please choose your appropriate lesson type when booking to avoid penalties. Kindly refrain from choosing private if you have availed of our group package instead (vice versa).

If you are confused with which package you have initially availed, don’t hesitate to call / sms us before booking your succeeding sessions.

(2) If you are having difficulties in booking any slot, please feel free to message us via SMS / Facebook Messenger. We will TRY our best to squeeze you in. Note that our admin office is open only during regular working days (weekdays 10AM-5PM, no weekends). We won’t take ANY consideration if you have failed to coordinate with us regarding your difficulty to schedule yourself.

(3) Each GROUP student has to book their own time slot/s (2 students - 2 booking entries).

(4) For private 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, please book 1 SLOT and indicate all names of other students in that 1 private booking.

(5) Upon completion of your first session, you will only have until 35 DAYS TO COMPLETE the rest of your Beginner + Survival Program. 49 days for the Intermediate program.

(6) We require our students to BOOK AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, in order to ensure progress between the instructor and the student.

(7) Swimtravel PH will NOT entertain students who have decided to book their FIRST session on their own. We will be the one to book all first sessions to avoid any conflict with the other students.

(8) Before you book your slot/s please make sure that you are available on your chosen date. This is a friendly reminder to please refrain from advance booking all your sessions 2 to 5, and then changing your mind a few hours or days after.

Make sure you are available first on your booked slots. That is why we are giving you the freedom to choose your own slots via our booking link. Please treat your booked lessons with the same value as to booking a flight, unless of course you have an emergency where you need to cancel.

If you want to be rescheduled, don’t hesitate to message us first. We will be the one to rebook you instead of booking so many slots and then asking the unwanted slots to be cancelled, to avoid confusion and conflicts.

Please be mindful that your unwanted bookings block off other students from booking.

(9) Please be advised that companions are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to enter the pool premises (except 1 companion for any kid student). This is to limit the number of people in the area, which is a COVID-19 preventive measure. Please understand, this is for all our safety.

We take our swimming lessons very seriously, and all we ask is for you to consider the same.

Cancellation / Unattended Appointment Policy:

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, which was provided to you before the start of your first session, and to which you have the responsibility to read, please be reminded AGAIN that a FULL 48 HOURS NOTICE is required for any cancellation of your appointed scheduled lesson. If the cancellation has been made within less than 48 hours, OR if you failed to show up on the same day WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, we will automatically treat your unattended session to be availed.

If you wish to redeem your missed out session, a Cancellation Fee of PHP400 will be charged.

If you wish not to pay the PHP400 Cancellation Fee, we will AUTOMATICALLY consider the unattended session to be availed already. Your choice.
