Killing it!
Training with Aja has been great! I just had my third appointment with her. I've lost 11 pounds and 8 inches in just four weeks thanks to her encouragement and my own hard work. She is always so encouraging but also doesn't let me skate by at all. She pushes me to be better and go harder each time. Looking forward to reaching more of my goals!

Tasha is so great!
Exercise is challenging for me because I have a heart issue that results in my resting heart rate being between 90 and 130 bpm. Cardio is out of the question because I do that in my sleep according to my heart rate, but Tasha showed me exercises that would challenge my body without raising my heart rate too high. She showed me that I can still take care of my body through staying active, which has often felt impossible with other trainers and fitness programs.

Give it a try!
I just finished a morning personal training session with Desi. She was calm, patient and encouraging. I've never worked with a personal trainer before, so it was good to have someone tell me when my form is off so I can get the best results from a workout. The exercises were challenging, but not too difficult. This is a great way to start your day!

Such a good start!
Aja was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She listened to my concerns and goals and helped me understand what I needed to do to get to where I want to be. She showed me each exercise in my plan to make sure I was doing it right. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made it seem very doable. She also wrote everything down for me, including reps and weight. I'm so excited to get started!

Love FIT!
I love how motivating my training session was yesterday! I can tell Aja genuinely wants me to succeed with my goals! She was so helpful with pointers and creating workouts I can do wherever I am. Unlike other personal trainers I've worked with elsewhere, she designed my workouts to fit my specific body, needs, and goals. Thanks Aja!

FIT is lit!
I've worked out with each of the trainers on the FIT crew. They are professional, and very invested in helping you meet your fitness goals. You "love to hate" them as they push you to your limit and help you achieve breakthroughs, which is exactly what great trainers should do. I love the FIT team!
