Knotless Box braids have become increasingly popular over the last few years. I will teach you my technique for accomplishing this look. However, don't sleep on traditional Box Braids, they  are not going anywhere. There is still a demand for this technique and you will increase your value if you can offer this service. 

You will receive In person training with Monifa The hairstylist, a 20 year industry vet, and licensed cosmetology educator. 

We will spend a comprehensive 6 hours together as I teach you how to do both braid techniques hands-on.

Schedule:

Hour 1: Tools, products, hair prep, brick laying parts

Hour 2-5: We will spend 2 hours on knotless box braids and 2 hours on Traditional Box Braids.

You will learn hand positions and feed-in techniques for knotless braids. You will learn hair prep and grip for traditional box braids. We will uncover the most comfortable hand positions for you (overhand or underhand and hand flipping) and work to master a smooth finish while tucking.

Hour 6: I will teach you how to extend the braids with taper, feather ends, and finish ends. 

You will get two 15-minute breaks. Water and light snacks provided. No Food Allowed
