Great full body massage

Did the 90 min combo (body & feet) massage and it was amazing! My massage therapist went hard on my muscles, but I felt so satisfied after and she even helped fill my meter!

Trash Experience

First they delayed my appointment because of the client before came late which is not my problem and its so inconvenient. Second, I made it very clear that I wanted a female masseuse and they didn't respond and reply that they understood my request, they were so slow in that moment. The lady kept walking in and out of my cubicle to grab a hot towel and took too long to do so which made me feel very uncomfortable how part of the curtains were open and men were walking and talking outside. Last thing they started negotiating the tip, that I “should be fair” and tip more, which makes no sense, tips comes from satisfaction of the services not obligatory and part of the purchase!!! , and I didn't feel welcomed to begin with yet I wasn't satisfied with the service therefore I should not be tipping at all. The audacity to expect a tip after shitty performance and welcoming its absurd. Never coming back to this place, never recommending anyone this place.

Not a good experience

I was just in today for a gel, manicure and gel pedicure, and I felt like it was super rushed, and they kept yanking and pulling me. after my gel manicure, some of my nails were still a bit rough, and not fully smoothed out with a file. Additionally, I did not receive a hand massage and my foot/leg massage lasted probably one minute for both. It was very disappointing. Aren’t those supposed to be included in the service? I definitely did not receive. Most likely will not be going back.

Excellent Full Body Massage

My masseuse found and honed in on the areas where I have the most tension and then followed the tightness down to fully release it. I recommend calling to confirm your appointment made online, as the system suggest. Will be returning again!

Couldn’t breathe

My masseuse Peter did a terrific job. He really helped my tightness and injury. However, the beds do not have the typical head pillow extension from bed and only a very small opening towards the top of the bed for you to position your face on. With a slightly deviated septum I had zero chance of breathing adequately and being able to somewhat relax. I wanted to leave immediately but I was already there and booked and in pain. Can you please get at least one bed with the normal pillow extension from bed option?! Again Peter did very well despite my unusual head/neck positioning to try to accommodate. Thanks

Amazing Therapy!

This is my second visit and I am never disappointed. The massage therapist provided exceptional therapy along with great rates! I recommend the 60 min full body massage package. I’m looking forward to bringing my daughter so we can try the mani-pedi package.

This place should be investigated for unfair and unlawful employee treatment

I have worked in the spa/wellness industry for over 11 years. I have worked in countless settings and gone to many spas. I booked online, in advance, since I could not get into my chiropractor until the next day to help relieve some back spasms and pain. When I arrived a few minutes before my booking the front desk didn't have a record of my appointment. I had to show my booking confirmation and reminder. I was sent back with no instruction and 5 minutes into my session it was stopped and my therapist was switched out! The new therapist was hurried and had just seen them finish another session when I was arriving so they did not get a break in between. I noticed they had a hard time moving around the space as there is not enough room in each curtained area for them to work. The massage was mediocre but I always tip generously. Upon check out, I asked what the therapist's cut was so I could tip accordingly and was denied the information. I was given a Venmo code which was apparently for the owner, not the therapist! I had to stand there and watch the cash being handed to my therapist to ensure it is properly going to them, which is only lawful. The place also only takes cash, which is not listed online or at the front desk. Another big point, a certified massage technician should be called such, or a massage therapist. NOT as masseuse or masseur, as those carry a sexual connotation. I really feel bad for the people that work there. It is shady and they do not have the proper environment to work in, breaks between sessions, paid a fair wage, and their full tips.

Wonderful massage experience

I hadn’t gotten a massage in many years and the 60 minute full body felt more like 90 (it was only 60). I had a lot of work needed to loosen my back, neck and shoulders and then all other areas also got very well-treated attention. I left feeling like I was in a brand new body and happy all day long!
