Townhouse (Freehold) Home Inspection

I had my home inspection earlier today, and Jason provided excellent service! He was very attentive and thorough, and explained findings to me in a manner that was easy to understand even for a first-time homebuyer. Not only did he provide information about required items that needed attention, but he also suggested recommendations that will be very beneficial to me financially and practically in the near and long-term future. I also received the inspection report on the same day (as I am writing this now), and it has detailed explanations and pictures of everything that we went through in the inspection. I highly recommend Jason for your home inspection needs - thank you again Jason!

Yellowstone inspection

Jason’s report on the home inspection was thorough and detailed. He explained the issues with the property clearly and gave his advise on the severity of each issue and prioritizing them ( which were many) He literally saved me thousands of dollars and dump trucks loads of regret. Thanks Jason

Outstanding Service

Jason was very knowledgeable, thorough, honest and easy to talk to. I was blown away by how thorough he inspected the house. The house was older and had many work done by the current owner which wasn't done professionally so there were many things to check. He explained every detail including what to keep an eye out for and the solution for the problem. I vey much appreciate that he never rushed throughout the whole process even though the inspection took longer than originally scheduled. The inspection report was very detailed and clear with a lot of pictures. I recently had experience with other home inspector from different company and the level of service and thoroughness Jason provided is incomparable. I will be recommending Jason to all of my friends and family and he will be the only home inspector I will be calling for my future home inspection.

Excellence

The staff from AMHI were very knowledgeable, dedicated in every aspect of there inspection. Answered all our question as the inspection progressed. Their briefing at the end of the inspection was straight forward and easy to understand. Their final report was professionally down highlighting all major concerns. Would highly recommend AMHI to any home buyer.

Best inspectors ever!

Julius and Charlie were on-time, professional and highly knowledgeable. We appreciated how thorough they were and they took time to explain every detail to us in layman's terms. The resulting report was a good resource and I loved the online booking system. They offer lots of time slots which made it easier for my husband and I to book without having to take time off work. Overall, we couldn't be happier for Alberta Master Home Inspection Inc.'s guidance and expertise. Definitely book them!

Would Recommend to anyone !

Jules and Charlie completed an awesome inspection on a home I was considering purchasing. They were extremely patient and thorough with all of our concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend Alberta Master Home Inspectors and sue them again i the future!
