Family Clubbercise is one of our favourite classes here at ASV as we look to roll out more family classes where parents can exercise alongside their children whilst having lots of fun being physically active here at ASV! Family Clubbercise Mum & Daughter with our TEAMASV Instructor Lisa V! Family Clubberise Fun every Saturday morning 09:15am - 10:00am! Get those glow sticks out ready for a fun filled session of dance and sass! What a class this has become since we launched the brand new HIITSTEP workout to ASV early 2019. If you love HIIT training and get a real drive from music pushing you through every rep and every routine then this is for you! We currently have 5 HIITSTEP classes each week here at ASV and looking to put on even more to meet the huge demand! Did you know Astley Sports Village supports and encourages everyone to carry out the Daily Mile. This can either be a mile is distance or a 15 minute period in the day where you and your children are being physically active by walking or running. The great bonus is it is completely FREE of charge and doesn't require any equipment and can be done anywhere! Hyde Striders Running Club is one of 48 clubs who are based at our facility. Hyde Striders offer running groups for all ability levels whether your a newbie runner or a hardcore marathon runner. Hyde Striders meet here at ASV every Monday and Wednesday evening. The image here is a group of their runners proudly showcasing their London Marathon 2019 completion medals! Being a member of Astley Sports Village also gives you the fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself taking part in a wide range of external events alongside other members and also the staff! Also within our site is a brand new state of the art FIFA 1 Star 3G Football Development Pitch where our local community of all ages, male and female can use to be more active and develop their football skills.     Tour of Facilities

    Straight forward online booking for a chat / tour, as mentioned by others the staff are really friendly and want to help. The equipment is plentiful and of good quality so it was a no brainer signing up. There is a nice feeling around the gym so can’t wait to get stuck in.

    Tour

    Booked an appointment online to visit the gym for a tour and to answer any questions I had. I was the usual nervous, apprehensive etc however within minutes realised this place was a game changer! Friendly, honest and non judgemental. Signed up, and left feeling excited to get started - thanks Lisa ❤️
