BOARDHOUSE COURT RULES:
The Participant hereby certifies that they are responsible for all parties accompanied during the duration of their booking. The Participant agrees that they are liable for any damages caused within and around the premises. The Participant agrees that they will vacate the premises immediately following the conclusion of their booking. No food or open drinks allowed on the courts.No outdoor shoes permitted on the court. Only running shoes and basketball shoes permitted.Maximum individuals allowed per booking: 15 (Refer to Home page on COVID restrictions)No hanging on rims or on basketball net structure.Participant accepts the release/waiver of liability.No consumption of alcohol or smoking/vaping inside the premises.CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellations: Bookings are final and are no longer refundable once they have been booked. If there are exigent circumstances, please contact us at 416.254.5874 or via email at info@boardhouse.ca.
2. Alterations to Reservations: We allow alterations to reservations up to 7 days prior to the reservation. If less than 7 days remain before your reservation, bookings are final and are no longer able to be changed. If there are exigent circumstances, please contact us at 416.254.5874 or via email at info@boardhouse.ca.
