Lucia Common Areas – Booking RulesOnly MILESTONE Chapter Lucia tenants can reserve common areas. For EUCSA collectives or PDT, ensure the booking is made by a current Lucia tenant.The Lucia Basement is for tenants only. External activities must use EUC or EUR facilities.Bookings:- Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.- Bookings for Monday, Saturday, and Sunday must be submitted by Friday at 11:00am. Bookings submitted after this time cannot be guaranteed to be confirmed. As we always verify this from the backend.The default start time is 17:00. Just make sure to add both your start and end times.Timings:Weekdays (Monday–Thursday & Sunday): The event MUST end by 22:00, including the clean-up time.Weekends (Friday & Saturday): The event MUST end by 02:00, including the clean-up time. Please note that the booking confirmation will show an end time of 00:00, but events may continue until 02:00. However, if the security guard determines that the party is getting out of control, it may be stopped earlier.House Rules & Guest Responsibility:- Guests must behave appropriately.- Leave the space clean and tidy, meaning that all furniture and decorations are placed back in their place and cleaned.- Dispose of trash correctly. Glass bottles and cardboard must be thrown away in the outdoor containers, never in the trash bins inside the building. - Wash dishes or place them properly in the dishwasher (do not turn the dishwasher on!).- No food or food packaging is left inside the fridges, sinks, or anywhere around the kitchen.Violations: Misuse, rule violations, or House Rule breaches may result in fines and will follow the three-strike policy. We have a zero tolerance policy. Security has final discretion and say over whether the party is allowed to continue; and may stop the party at their own discretion.We have cameras in the building, and we will review the footage if there is a suspected violation of the rules. If necessary, a strike will be issued to all tenants involved and EUC/EUR will be informed.团队组成
