I run a remote permit expediting service for Florida property owners, contractors, and developers, and I bring hands-on permitting experience from the Miami market along with work across dozens of states nationwide.I know how permits move through review — and more importantly, how they get stuck. My job is to keep your application moving from submission to approval, so you're not stuck on hold with a building department or wondering where things stand. I handle permit research, application prep and submission, permit tracking and follow-up, and inspection coordination.
